Mindy Costanzo grew up in the Gunnison Valley and has spent more than five decades here as a neighbor, business owner, and broker. After raising her family in Gunnison, she turned full-time to real estate — bringing the same care for community, land, and people into every transaction.

Today she works with locals navigating a sale, families inheriting valley property, and out-of-area buyers ready to put down roots — across Gunnison, Crested Butte, Dos Rios, and the rural ranchlands in between.

She is a Realtors Land Institute affiliate, a contributor to the Gunnison Country Association of Realtors, and serves clients through Luxury Portfolio International and Leading Real Estate Companies of the World via Bluebird Real Estate.
